Payment


Orders can be placed online or via email, phone or post. For commissioned or specially made items, full payment must be made in in advance of the item/s being posted or collected. For high priced items, payment in instalments may be offered at Anna's discretion. All deposits are non-refundable.

Orders placed online will be via secure payment provided by Worldpay, Google Checkout or Paypal. Phone orders can be placed by ringing 07747 691 202.

If ordering by post please send full details of the item/s ordered including the item code if known, as well as your contact details. Cheques can not be cashed without this.

Please make cheques payable to Anna Clifton Jewellery and post to 18 Broadlands Drive, Malvern, Worcestershire. WR14 1PW.

Delivery

Everything bought from this website is handmade by Anna, in her little workshop at the foot of the Malvern Hills. Anna will always aim to get your items made and ready for collection/posting as soon as she can but as there is only one of her, please allow up to 28 days to recieve you items. We promise you it'll be worth the wait!

Urgent orders can sometimes be met but please check first by calling 07747691202 or emailing enquiries@annaclifton.co.uk

All delivery is via Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.

We do not take responsibility for delayed on non-delivery due to factors beyond our control.

Hand-Made Items

All items sold by Anna Clifton jewellery are handmade and are therefore subject to slight variation from the photograph shown on the website.

We make every effort to ensure your item is made to your satisfaction. If a mistake is made it will be rectified without hesitation and as soon as possible.

Returns

All of our Jewellery is hand made to order in our Malvern Hills studio and we while we will endeavour to make every piece identical to the website photographs, occasionally slight variations may occur. 

We hope that you will be very happy with your piece, however, if you are not, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will happily exchange of the item (s). The order must be sent back to us in it's original, unworn condition and with all of it's packaging as received. 

For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on Earrings unless they are faulty.

If ordering rings, please ensure that you order the correct size as resizing may be subject to a charge.

Bespoke or commissioned items are not usually eligible for exchange, however, an exchange may be offered at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

If you receive a faulty or damaged piece, please notify us within seven days of receipt and we will then arrange an exchange. 

To do this please email enquiries@annaclifton.com quoting your name, address, details of the product and the reason you are requesting an exchange/replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that all items remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. For your own protection, we advise you to return the piece or pieces via Royal Mail Special Delivery and insure them at the appropriate value. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the order you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of wear or abuse. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid for your order within 28 days of receipt of the return.

All designs are owned by Anna Clifton and are copyrighted. Action will be taken against any company or person that copies any of the designs or photographs on the website or sent via email or post.

Hallmarking

Anna is a registered Designer/Maker and where required under UK law, her jewellery will be hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office. Further details about hallmarking can be found on their website.
